Requirements:
- University degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or comparable subjects
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Good command of German (min. B2)
- Extensive relevant international working experience in the shared service industry in multinational organizations in HR area
- Knowledge of process automation tools and concepts
- Competence in innovation management and KPI-methods
- Competence in standardization methods, tools and process management
- Excellent communication and co-operation skills
- Ability to lead or collaborate in job related projects
- Strong negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel
Responsibilities:
Takes on the responsibility for the support of a world- and Group wide HR IT implementation/harmonization within the scope of HR Process Management’s mandate- Assists the Group companies with the implementation of new process standards in the context of the implementation of a new cloud based HR IT platform
- Supports Global Process Owner in preparing and updating global HR process documentation (Process Maps and Use Cases)
- Supports in evaluating local vs. global HR process-templates during implementation of a new HR IT platform at our customers
- Analyzes global change requests and checks possible impact on local process- templates after the IT implementation
- Translates process needs/changes into specifications of functional requirements for HR IT development (preliminary analysis and development of business concepts together with IT and the global process manager for HR)
- Defines and develops group wide standards and requirements for conception, steering, measuring and optimizing end-to-end HR processes
- Analyzes and improves operating and service procedures
- Performs process compliance audits, external benchmarks
- Initiates and takes part in projects of all sizes that support group wide standardization, harmonization, and optimization of processes
- Analyzes and optimizes processes including identification and communication of suitable measures to generate improvements in the service center (time, costs, quality)
