HR Process Lead

Area of responsibility
As HR Process Lead, you will be part of Danish Crown People & Culture, responsible for driving process improvement initiatives and projects in close collaboration with the various HR Functions and the business. You will represent People & Culture as Process Specialist in identifying, prioritizing and implementing process efficiencies and automation; both in existing operational processes and in connection with project implementations.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for documenting global HR processes in our process mapping tool Adonis. You will also play an active role in defining the process governance that will ensure that processes are reviewed and updated regularly.
More specifically, you will:
- Drives and facilitates process mapping workshops with relevant stakeholders to understand business requirements and future collaboration.
- Independently identifies, pursue, and analyze optimization possibilities within operational processes and HR Solutions
- Based on stakeholder input, the process specialist is responsible for creating and maintaining process documentation for all HR processes
- Utilizes data and analytics to identify potential for process improvements.
- Gathers and analyzes feedback from end-users and stakeholders to identify areas for improvements and makes required adjustments.
- Educates the HR team and stakeholders about process improvement. Acts as an ambassador of continuous improvement.
- Takes advantage of process automation solutions available in the organization.
- Actively researches solutions, trends, and best practices on the market, to propose solutions for HR teams.
- Analyze processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and errors and propose improvements and solutions.
- Utilize data and analytics to identify potential for process improvements.
- Challenge the status quo in a constructive manner.
- Participate in projects as process specialist
- Drive alignment of operational HR processes and/or solutions.
- Works with HR teams, IT and stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges.
- Educates the HR team and stakeholders about process improvement. Acts as an ambassador of continuous improvement.
- Gathers and analyzes feedback from end-users and stakeholders to identify areas for improvements and makes required adjustments.
- Work closely with HR Professionals at all levels
- Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders.
Who are you
You have experience and knowledge of HR processes and systems with a flair for data and logic. You have a proven record of implementing process optimizations in a global context by driving for change in a constructive manner.
Communication and stakeholder management comes natural to you and at the same time, you must have a strong execution mindset and good at working in a fastmoving environment.
You have:
- Excellent communication, change and stakeholder management skills.

- Structured approach and logical way of thinking
