At the heart of 3Shape is the global People & Organization (P&O) team that supports the entire organization. We are a team of 30 colleagues worldwide and this position will be based at our Support Center (SSC) in Szczecin, Poland.
Our aim is to scale a global People & Organization Support Center by standardizing and simplifying HR processes in order to master operational and administration support to the business.
We are looking for proactive, energetic and analytical mind that can help us preforming administrative tasks on the highest level according to 3Shape values.

- Improve existing customer service in the most efficient manners
- 2 years of HR processes' know-how from international company
- Experience from Support Centre is a great advantage
- Good command of Microsoft software: (Excel, Word, Forms, SharePoint)
- Experience in Jira or other ticket system
- Strong verbal and written communication in English is a must
- Strong analytical and very good organizational skills, close attention to detail
- High-quality, timely and proactive customer service
- Discretion, maturity of judgments and tact
