- Point of contact for customer employees, HR departments and third parties for HR and payroll related questions such as new hire, termination, leave of absence, benefits, deductions, time and attendance, attestations
- Resolving customer queries, preserving time and quality requirements
- Explain and manage electronic inquiries (emails)
- Behavior in accordance with the culture of electronic communication, to respond to customers on time, receive all phone calls within the deadlines
- Having knowledge of communications systems (CRM)
- Prepare and maintain payroll related records and reports
- Document workflow and work procedures
- Cross-train designated back-up
- Excellent knowledge of English language
- Analytical, process-minded, reliable
- Basic MS Office products knowledge
- Customer orientation
- CRC experience is a plus
- SAP knowledge is a plus
