Area of responsibility:
- Provide professional service for internal customers within global HR processes by responding to transactional and process requests (You will act as a 1st line support and administrator for Danish Crown employees).
- Support such processes as Hirings, Job Changes, Leaves of Absence, Additional Payments, Benefits, Terminations and general data changes. The HR Data Administrator/Analyst also provides navigational support in SuccessFactors for end user, e.g. employees, managers and business partners, to ensure focus on user experience and adoption of new processes.
- Maintain and administrate employee files and archives (primary digital).
- Participate in Global HR Transformation project based on creation of a Master Data platform across all countries, locations, organizational units and employee types.
- Support and drive transactional services and data quality, making sure appropriate and timely completion of all required system and process steps, and document preparation.
- Ensure up to date process and system documentation in collaboration with colleagues and HR stakeholders.
- Deliver high quality customer service
- Very good English skills (min B2).
- Self-motivation and good teamwork skills.
- Analytical mind and attention to details.
- Knowledge of SAP HCM, SucessFactors or other HR systems will be an asset.
- Bachelor's/master's degree in HR or related fields or relevant HR experience will be a plus.
