Requirements:
- Min 5 years relevant experience in HR
- Excellent oral and written English-language skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office packages skills
- Excellent organisational and administration skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing environment
- Understanding of current HR initiatives and Polish employment law and personnel best practice
- Experience of delivering HR projects to meet client specifications and expectation
- Experience of working in fast paced environments with complex and competing requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build productive relationships and influence across departments at a variety of levels
- Ability to diagnose and identify where there are opportunities to develop teams or individuals and then deliver these initiatives
- Continuous improvement and ability to move ideas forward
Responsibilities:
- Providing support and advice on all employment issues and ensuring the smooth running of all HR policies and procedures
- Developing & implementation of HR policies, regulations, procedures including Labor Law requirements
- Designing & managing compensation & benefits (incl. position grading, benchmarking, benefits offer
- Establishing and managing payroll solution & HR administration
- Business Partnering to Management Team & Corporate HR
- Supporting migration of processes for European affiliates
- Managing external partners for recruitment, payroll, health & safety, trainings
