Our Client is a global company. That deals with strategic and operational consultancy in Poland. The company is well-know and has a well-established position on the market. It has numerous offices located all around the world. It supports over 1000 experienced specialists in Poland. Its clients use knowledge and experience an international experts. Its ultimate goal is to improve clients results.
Due to dynamic growth in Poland. We look for a person who becomes a team player in the local team for our Client on a position of HR Manager. The person will be responsible for all HR related activities of the SSC such as HR administration, Professional Development, Learning and Mobility. She will manage the local HR team and will also act as HR contact for the leadership. Hr Manager will manage the delivery of business learning and development activities. To build the effectiveness and capability of managers and staff and develop operational effectiveness and high performance.
- University degree, preferably in HR
- 6-8 years HR experience with at least 2-3 years of managerial experience
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
- Experience in building and implementing learning and development programs
- Training or/and coaching experience (certificate would be an additional asset)
- Knowledge of Polish labor law and other related regulations
