Requirements:
- At least 8 years of experience in Human Resources Management or similar role: recruitments, skills development, compensation & benefits, legal issues, organisational and management issues
- Ability to translate business needs into people policy
- Ability to assess and develop staff potential
- People and result oriented approach
- Ability to manage and motivate people
- Excellent communication and team work skills
- University degree
- Very good English
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the timely execution of all HR processes: hiring, on boarding, performance evaluation, training & development, retiring & exit
- Participating in the staff recruitment process as required
- Active contribution to the development of HR global policies, processes and procedures and responsibility for their implementation
- Participating in specific local HR projects (ex: Benefits, Salary review, Bonus, etc.)
- Developing an Induction Program for new joiners
- Developing appropriate HR policies to manage recruitment and retention
- Preparing annual staff budgets
- HR administration related issues
