Together with your team of HR generalists and your peers in beeline´s European organization you are leading beeline´s Human Resource practice in Eastern Europe in relation to
- Groupwide HR Strategy – in intense collaboration with your European peers [i.e. Learning & Development, HR Systems, Recruitment] you are shaping and implementing an aligned but localized HR strategy.
- Labor law – you are responsible answering all HR-related legal aspects and handling a close relationship with our unions.
- Payroll and personnel administration – you lead payroll and personnel administration processes to guarantee a smooth and efficient collaboration between employees and external partners.
- Project Management – you supervise and autonomously drive projects forward together with the relevant stakeholders to further optimize beeline´s processes and guide beeline into a digitalized future.
- Sparring Partner – you are a partner at eye level for the local senior management team.
- Budget – in cooperation with controlling you are guaranteeing the cost efficient and financially productive usage of your department´s budget.
- Compensation and benefits – you are creating state-of-the-art and market competitive compensation models to help beeline become an employer of choice.
- Brand ambassador – you are representing beeline and our company´s values and our work ethics internally and externally.
- Master degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology or in a similar field.
- Intensive and diversified management experience in all HR related fields in an international and a fast-paced service industry.
- Intense experience in EU labor regulations and building a strong relationship to unions.
- Project and change management experience of business driven HR and digitalization initiatives.
- High level of analytical and problem solving skills to manage VUCA world challenges and New Work approach.
- Experience in managing and coaching senior stakeholders on employee lifecycle matters.
- Professional knowledge of all Microsoft Office tools and HR systems [SAP].
- Full professional proficiency in English & Polish; any other European language would be much appreciated.
