As HR Manager, EMEA you will be key strategic HR person in all staff-related matters happening in 7 different locations around Europe and Middle East. You will be closely working with senior managers and reporting to the Firm’s CEO.
Requirements:
• At least BA degree in HR or another related faculty
• At least 2 year of experience on the similar role or HR Generalist role
• Working knowledge on Polish labour code
• Experience in hiring foreigners in Poland would be a strong plus
• Experience in approving payroll would be a plus
• Excellent English skills
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Multicultural awareness and sensibility
• Eagerness to take on ad-hoc HR projects on global scale
• Passionate about people and their development
• Ability to adjust to the fast-paced working environment
• Maturity and readiness make decisions on your own and hold responsibility
Responsibilities:
Working closely with Managers in Europe and Middle East on all issues related to their people strategy:
• Providing support and consultation to business partners on full spectrum of HR management including performance management, talent development, succession planning, employee engagement initiatives, training & development plus recognition and reward programs
• Keeping abreast of staff movements and issues, achieved through close interaction with management and employees to understand potential turnover issues and trends
• Running recruitment processes for all open positions within the EMEA region
• Assuring the HR & OHS processes are compliant according to the country requirements
• Monitoring payroll process under 7 different jurisdictions in EMEA
• Liaising with governmental bodies, vendors and providers in all HR and office related matters
• HR administration and file keeping
