Requirements:
- Academic/Master degree
- HR know-how and knowledge of HR process
- Experience in SSC branch
- Fluency in German
- Solid English skills preferable
- SAP HR (VIVA) user-know how
- MS Office, especially Excel and PPT
- Willingness to travel (10 – 20%)
- Willingness to learn new things

Responsibilities:
As HR Consultant you support the German HR department in all kinds of questions in the context of HR management towards LGBS management and possibly to Works Council. You are an important interface to the HR Shared Service Center.
- Interface to SSC: e.g. work with the HR team together on continuous improvement of the interface, take care of ad-hoc requests or extraordinary requests from Leadership team (e.g. related to working contracts), tracking of orders, status of orders, placing orders
- Data maintenance & HR reporting: build up HR reporting together with Controlling, maintain data and lists, create reports and analysis
- Represent the department’s interests towards Works Council
- Collaborate in global projects with HR context
- Support reorganisational changes and the development of our HR function
- Take care of tasks related to time management incl. The interface to Works Council
- SAP VIVA: look up data, maintain data (e.g. salary data or vacation days)
- Research and preparation of proposals on different HR topics
