HR Generalist with English

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' of professional experience in similar role within international companyUniversity degree
- Strong communication skills and customer focus
- Ability to work independently on comprehensive HR matters
- Very good written and spoken English
- Expertise in Polish labor law and market practices
- Working experience in the various HR topics
- Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to effectively manage multi-tasks
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel
Responsibilities:
- Providing guidance to Senior Managers and Line Managers on HR related topics Working closely with Loca
- Management, Senior Stakeholders and Legal representatives
- Acting as an expert in polish labor law, providing advice on employee relation matters and labour law queries
- Supporting HR change project (e.g. implementing global HR solutions in Poland)
- Supporting and executing performance improvement plans for employees
- Cooperating closely with Senior HR Business Partners from different UBS functions and worldwide locations
- Working closely with Global HR Employee Relations function
- Using and maintaining HR local and global applications
- Responding to every-day HR-related queries from Line Managers and Employees
- Supporting benefits administration process for UBS Locations in Poland (Krakow, Wroclaw)
