HR Delivery Team Leader

Requirements:
- University degree, preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Significant experience in HR shared service center supporting multiple countries/ business units
- Proven experience in leading HR Admin team in SSC/BPO environment
- Experience in working in HR Admin & Payroll area
- Highly developed leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills and customer minded,
- Very good Customer Service skills and Strong customer driven focus
- Strong Ms. Office skills, in particular Ms. Excel: formulas, pivot tables, data presentation tools
- At least 3 years relevant work experience, ideally in the pet industry. Experience working in an e-Commerce/mail-order environment an advantage
- Fluent in written and spoken English language (knowledge of Swedish/German/French would be an asset)
Responsibilities:
- Managing HR Administration, Compensation & Benefits, Mobility and Payroll operations
- Deliver a quality and professional service to internal customers/ Business Areas
- Manage a team of HR Specialists to ensure the team meets its objectives
- Provide role model for team members and coach and develop individuals to ensure they reach their maximum potential
- Support and cooperate with Project Implementation team during migration and transition of HR processes to SSC
- Being point of contact and escalations from HR Operations or HRBPs
- Implement of system and process changes, playing a key role in continuous improvements projects, lead lean activities
- Monitor escalation of queries to improve level of services
- Motivate and support development plan for the team
- Take active part in building new Shared Services Center
