This position will provide HR leadership and overall delivery for an assigned group of managers within a defined Geography (Poland). Plays a key role in the delivery of HR services and work processes in close coordination with the Enterprise HR process owners, Delivery and Divisional leadership
Will provide coaching, guidance and expertise in multiple areas of HR and also support people managers, consult with managers on people related matter and operational HR support, and work on executing programs and initiatives.
- Supporting all people managers assigned to their geography.
- Consulting with managers on people related matters and operational HR support.
- Working closely with HR Partners on executing programs and initiatives.
Supporting in the coordination of the Graduate Development Program (Identify training and development needs in conjunction with functional managers).
- Providing coaching, guidance and expertise on areas to including - Employee relations and performance management, Compensation planning and decisions, attracting, retaining and engaging employees, Employee development and career life cycle, Diversity and Inclusion and Change management.
- Indenting and mitigating areas of risks.
- Providing guidance to leaders with interpreting compliance, regulations, policies, procedures and employment laws / contractual obligations.
- Continuously reviewing and suggesting improvements to existing HR processes, practices, systems and tools.
- Adapting and applying communication systems, methodologies and strategies to promote dialogue and shared understanding.
- Supporting in delivering learning programmes in a variety of media, including face-to-face and virtual like Conscious Inclusion etc.
- Monitoring potential labor relations issues amongst assigned employee populations.
- Ensuring compliance with Enterprise Labor Relations policies.
- Engaging and utilizing local or Enterprise LR function, as necessary.
- Coordinating the deployment and repatriation processes for employees as required.
Required qualifications candidate must possess in order to do the job. They must be non-comparative, objective and relevant:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Demonstrated HR business partner consultation at management levels.
- Having analytical and work process management capabilities.
- Ability for collaboration and consensus management across a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Ability to operate independently and use sound judgment with limited functional guidance and oversight.
- 5 years of experience in the HR area.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a Human Resources Management or Business Administration or International Business Major.
- Masters Degree a plus.
