Currently we are looking for the candidate for the position of:

Supporting managers in HR aspects, especially in the area of recruitment and selection, performance management, talents’ identification and development paths definition, reward & recognition practices

Providing key competencies from the perspective of the organization, talent management and succession

Monitoring the needs and expectations of organizational units in the area of HR and providing professional advice and cost-effective solutions

Supporting the implementation of the business strategy by ensuring the coherence of the strategy of human resource management

Advising on hiring matters, changes in conditions of employment, terminating contracts
-
Preparation of reports / summaries and analyzes as per departmental needs
- Min. 2 years’ of experience on similar position or other leading position in HR area
- Very good knowledge of English is a must
- Excellent understanding of the business context and the ability to move in an international environment
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel will be an asset
- Well-developed interpersonal skills to build relationships
- Ability to independently plan and carry out the tasks assigned
