- Member of Client Facing HR team partnering a number of organizations
- Management of the HR projects and processes (performance management, training and career development programs, talent reviews, talent deployment, rewards & recognition, market analysis, employees’ and clients engagement, employee relations, and others)
- Working aligned with current business strategy, and appropriately recommending relevant actions that will support business goals from people management perspective
- Building strong working relationships with management and employees
- Data collection and analysis
- Updating HR Processes and Policies, and applying improvements, cooperating with regional/global HR Team
- Flexible approach to other tasks and projects in alignment with current business requirements
- Higher education degree
- Minimum 5 years of work experience at a similar position, preferably in the multicultural environment
- Very good English skills
- Highly self-motivated and flexible with a "can do" solutions focused approach
- Good understanding of business needs, wide approach to problem solving
- Constantly looking to improve and innovate
- Accountability and ability to work independently
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
