Position purpose
HRBP will be responsible for building influential relationships with the management team, contributing to all aspects of the Business within the responsible area and ensuring that managers and employees understand the HR policies and apply them fairly and in consistent manner. HRBP will be also responsible for supporting the commercial agenda of the Business from a people aspect perspective as well as providing guidance and advisory to the Business.
Main accountabilities
- Develop, drive and implement the HR strategy for the assigned engagements
- Develop and maintain trusting and effective working relationships with managers
- Consult, advise, coach and partner with the business on people and organizational needs and drive organizational effectiveness
- Provide advice and solutions on all HR issues such as reward, talent, performance, organization development, culture and leadership
- Successfully execute global and local HR processes
- Act as key local HR point of contact and trusted advisor
- Responsible for projects and programs that support HR site initiatives
- Implement, advocate and communicate global HR initiatives while keeping the local context in mind
- Ensure training and performance improvement programs are effective and utilize constrained resources efficiently.
- Act as a partner with customers to understand their business needs and present how training and performance improvements will contribute to their success.
- Ensure that the standards of the firm and the clients are reflected in all HR operational procedures and actions.
Candidate’s profile
- At least 5 years experience of working as a HR professional with at least 2 years working with a leadership level on a consultative and partnering basis
- University degree (sociology, psychology, HRM, management will be an asset)
- Knowledge of Labour Law fundamentals
- Professional coaching certification required will be an asset
- Experienced HR leader with appropriate industry experience (BPO/SSC preferred)
- Experience of advising managers on a range of people matters (e.g. discipline, performance management, coaching, succession planning, workforce planning)
- Proven successful record in people leadership
- Ability to build strategic relationships at all levels of organization
