Inviting applications for the role of the HR Business Partner
In this role, you will drive the People Agenda for Genpact employees, adjusting the global and regional HR strategy to the local nuances.
Responsibilities
- Advice, coach and provide direct support for business leaders in the application of HR tools, practice and policies
- Advice proper strategy implementation on main HR drivers
- Ensures that the organization has the right resources, capabilities and talent to deliver future strategic objectives
- Review and analyze HR metrics to support high performance culture
- Close collaboration with local management and offers expert advice in all matters relating to employment relations
- Contributes to the continuous transformation of the HR processes across the region working with Europe HR team
- Manage and implement creative HR initiatives to support business strategy
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications

University master degree
- ~2 years of experience in an independent role within HR functions
- (HRBP, HR Manager, HR Specialist, Employee Relationship, etc)
- Solid experience in HR in BPO, SSC or FMCG environment will be beneficial
- Good knowledge of Polish labor law knowledge
- Digital literacy, including HR tools and people analytics
- Fluent in English
