Responsibilities
- Advice, coach and provide direct support for business leaders in the application of HR tools, practice and policies
- Advice proper strategy implementation on main HR drivers like retention, engagement and motivation, wellbeing, talent development and cost and benefits with business leaders
- Supports client organization on performance and talent management
- Ensures that the organization has the right resources, capabilities and talent to deliver future strategic objectives
- Review and analyze HR metrics to support high performance culture by crafting and implementing programs that reward and recognize key employee capabilities, skills, behaviors and experience
- Develop and design employer branding activity on Silesia region for Genpact
- Close collaboration with local management and leadership and offers expert advice in all matters relating to employment relations
- Supports organizational transformation and change processes from HR prospective (including duplications and TUPE transfers).
- Contributes to the continuous transformation of the HR processes across the region working with Europe/Global HR team/ local HR team
- Manage and implement creative HR initiatives to support business strategy
- Supports growth projects, as part of the deal cycle, representing the HR stream and front facing customers in such projects
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
- University master degree
- + 4 years of experience in an independent role within HR functions (HRBP, HR Manager, HR Specialist, Employee Relationship, etc)
- Solid experience in HR in BPO, SSC or FMCG environment will be beneficial
- Digital literacy, including HR tools and people analytics
- Fluent in English
