The aim of the HR Business Partner (HRBP) role is partnering with business leaders and colleagues to establish and implement HR strategies that attract, retain and develop the talent needed for continued improvement and growth. The HRBP serves as a liaison between the functions and all available HR resources across the business line to ensure solutions and services are delivered for colleagues.
You will regularly work across a wide range of areas such as employee relations, change management, performance management, compensation, engagement and talent development. The ability to deeply understand the business function you are supporting will be critical to your success. You'll also need strong analytical skills and the ability to translate functional plans and goals into the HR strategy needed to achieve results.
- Develop, drive and implement the HR strategy for the assigned business units;
- Develop and maintain trusting and effective working relationships with senior line managers;
- Provide sound advice on all HR issues such as reward, talent, performance, organization development, change, culture and leadership;
- Identify, develop and successfully deliver client responsive, cost effective and measurable solutions;
- Implement, advocate, champion and communicate HR policies and practices within the framework of the overall Aon HR philosophy while keeping the local market practices in mind, drive the integration of policies across business units, research and make proposals for new HR policies/programs;
- Managing stakeholder relationships across levels and in a complex matrix structure;
- Consult, influence, and partner with managers and senior leaders in developing and executing people strategies to drive business performance.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in HR
- HR Business Partner experience (generalist, specialist, in client-facing roles preferred) within Corporate environment
- Strong knowledge and experience in at least few of the following areas: employment relations, performance appraisal, HR administration, compensation and benefits, recruitment, training, development, engagement, talent development
- Knowledge of employee relations and employment law in Poland
- Experience in managing complex projects and working in a matrix organization, including balancing priorities and accountabilities and driving delivery
- Demonstrated ability to resolve complex HR issues
- Business management, commercial and financial acumen
- Advanced verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail, analytical mindset and methodical approach to managing information
- Ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of HR trends and best practices/policies
- Excellent English (minimum C1)
- University degree (preferred in sociology, psychology, HRM)
