HR Business Partner

Reporting to Senior Human Resources Business Partner
You will be:
- Partner with line management team of the Business Functions, in effectively leading, managing, developing the Air Products organization in Poland (other territories in the future might be considered based on business expenditure).
- Deliver a high quality, professional and valued HR partnership based on a solid understanding of the business and business partnership model. Ensure that the HR support drives business results and strengthen the business strategy development and implementation.
- Be accountable for communicating, implementing, leveraging and embedding all HR processes for dedicated group of Business Functions managers / employees.
Working with the various leadership team members, functional leaders, employees cover a wide variety of roles like:
- Partner the business in operational plans development, implementation, evaluation. Making sure all functions work effectively together
- Developing and implementing HR initiatives and projects aligned with the overall business strategy such as workforce planning and operating model, talent management and development, performance management, compensation, benefits strategies implementation etc.
- Partner the recruitment according to the HR operating model of AP
- Participates in M&A projects as strong HR representative, ensuring great execution of the AP strategy
- Conducting new employee orientation program and supervising L&D activities with opportunity to play the role of internal trainer
- Partners MyHR team regarding sophisticated cases on grievance, attendance, disciplinary, and performance issues
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resources management
- Driving HR projects which will potentially bring value to the business and to HR broader community
- Taking over responsibility for employee lifecycle operational site (contract updates, cooperation with Payroll team, compensation CoE and external benefit provider)
You will have:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related discipline including Human Resources. Ideally master's degree, from a reputable university.
- Experience in the HR function also as HR Business Partnering role in international business supporting functions like Operations, Supply Chain, Sales with extensive operations and matrix type of structure.
- Knowledge of all functional areas of HR (Integrated Talent Management Systems) and solid practical knowledge of labour law.
- Ability to utilize objective perspective to people related agenda, get work done and make a difference approach.
- English – upper intermediate as minimum and willingness for travelling
