Your responsibilities:
- providing HR support for assigned group of employees based on Group guidance and HR Management instructions;
- overseeing implemantation of all HR processes within area of responisibility, including workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, talent management, talent aquisition, remuneration, retention, angagement and other processes as applicable;
- acting as a partner to other colleagues within the immediate HR network to achieve company's targets through business and HR action plans;
- partnering with business leaders in the relevant local function to understand current issueas that can be supported or resolved through HR practices, processes and policies in order to support business strategy;
- counselling Managers on the most effective solutions to resolve issues and support long-term objectives;
- ensuring compliance with legislation and HR policies and adherence to standards in all areas of responsibility.

- at least 3 years of experience in HR Business Partner role (preferably in Retail industry);
- fluency in English is a MUST HAVE;
