Job Overview
- Responsible for country end-to-end HR Operations support to local sales and service organization and European Shared Service Center.
- Acting as HR Business Partner for the local management team.
Main tasks:
- Introducing and implementing HR policies, processes, practices and systems across the country in conjunction with global standards.
- Managing Employee Lifecycle (attracting talents, recruitment, on boarding, contract administration, development, performance management, transition and exit management).
- Monitoring HR performance against agreed metrics and taking appropriate action as required.
- Strategic and Business Planning – ensuring that HR and local business strategies as well as annual operational plans are aligned and properly implemented.
- Employee Relations and Communication – providing support and guidance on the delivery of effective employee relations and supporting the deployment of effective communication strategies.
- Organizational Development – acting as change manager for HR / business tasks and working with business managers to ensure the implementation of strategic plans.
- Learning & Development – facilitating the development of a learning and competence management culture, ensuring appropriate development plans are agreed and implemented (including succession/retention action planning).
- Compensation & Benefits – ensuring the local equity with guidelines and policies.
- Supporting HR transactional activities, seeking for optimizations and efficiencies.
What you offer us:
- Minimum of 5 years HR experience, at least 2-3 being a Generalist / Business Partner role.
- University degree required.
- Proven experience of working in an international team and generic HR tasks.
- Experience working in SSC/BPO environment is an asset.
- Ability to demonstrate and coach leadership.
- Results oriented and pragmatic – developing focused and realistic plans for one self and deliver expectations with the ability to exhibit resilience.
- Demonstrate determination and flexibility to overcome barriers.
- Self-motivated personality, influential in a transformation environment.

- Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives and drive process excellence.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a matrix organization.
- Polish native proficiency and fluent English skills (reading & writing).
