Your Tasks
- Collecting and filing any HR related data into our internal systems
- Data validation, analysis and preparing reports
- Maintain communication with HR teams worldwide, ensuring high data quality within all HR systems
- Preparing manuals and training sessions for HR teams
- Mapping and improving internal processes
Our Requirements
- Excellent English Skills (speaking & writing)
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Very good analytical skills with the ability to work independently
- Highly developed communication skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Proactive and flexible looking to take on new and interesting tasks
- HR area interest
