Four our Client, global IT company with the office in Poznań, we are looking for: HR & Office Coordinator.
Main responsibilities:
- Administration of the recruitment projects for office in Poznań,
- Supporting team in any HR/ personnel administration related issues,
- Office management (office supplies ordering, maintaining documentation, handling incoming calls),
- Assist team with any administrative given by co-workers,
- Office expenses coordination,
- Close cooperation with the company's office in Dublin,
- Other office related duties as required and assigned by CEO, and / or HR Manager.
Requirements:
- Previous office administration experience (1-3 years),
- Fluent English,
- Good practical knowledge of MS Office and Google software (Google docs, Gmail),
- Strong communication and organisational skills,
- Proactive attitude,
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
