The Antal SSC & BPO team specializes in providing recruitment services for shared services and outsourcing centres. Its projects involve searching for candidates to fill positions that require advanced technical or managerial skills, as well as high-volume recruitment associated with creating new structures or new teams within a short timeframe. HR Administrator
Location: Wrocław
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides the first stage HR support and guidance to customers on policies, procedures, data management, systems and documentation preparation from hire to retire.
- Cooperates with next levels of support to deliver coherent deliverables to customers’ requests.
- Manages customers claims according to the defined KPIs targets. Determines which queries requires escalation and decides which complex queries should be delegated further.
- Collaborates with Solution Center peers and next levels of support and function experts, HR service providers to understand broader scope of processes and provide best in class service.
- Works on operational excellence within own area of responsibility and recommends processes improvements.
Qualification and Experience:
- Relevant experience in HR Delivery support
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred in HR
- Sound and comprehensive team player skills
- Strong customer service mindset
- Good communication skills
- Ability to cooperate in international matrix organization and customer-oriented attitude and multicultural awareness
- Strong understanding of HR SSC practice
- Well organized, ability to prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Demonstrates flexibility in response to unexpected situations and escalations
- Ability to solve less complex issues independently
- Performs well under pressure

- Knowledge of minimum 2 languages including English and another European language
