What does the team do?
If you are looking for interesting development opportunities in HR Operations area – you should speak to us. Our Warsaw Team supports KPMG colleagues from other European partnerships in recruitment operations, like interview coordination, candidates screening, sourcing, preselection, employee documentation preparation. Due to our further development, we are looking for a new person to join our team.
Your responsibilities as the HR administrator will include:
- Direct support of the Swiss HR team in recruitment related activities
- Preselection of candidates
- Support for candidates during the entire recruitment process
- Preparation of employee documentation
We expect
- Fluency in German and English - at C1 level
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- High motivation to work
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize
- Good knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
