HR Administrator with German and/or English

Do you speak German and/or English fluently?
You do not have relevant experience?
No problem! We will provide you training.
Your main responsibilities:
- Support our Application Management System,
- Checking incoming applications (German, English),
- Entering applicant data,
- Checking if applicants fulfill requirements of vacancy and process application,
- Cooperation with our Hiring Managers world-widely,
- Conducting screening interviews.
Our requirements:
- Very good German and/or English is a must,
- Strong communication skills,
- Reliable, responsibly, proactive and well-organized person.
Would be an asset:
- Experience in recruitment and selection with focus on administrative tasks,
- Knowledge of IT / telecommunications industry.
