For our Facility Management division with the office at Krakowiaków 50 in Warsaw, we are currently looking for a talented candidate, by preference, from international shared service center environment, able to work in matrix organization. Recruitment:

Drafting the content and design of job postings

Sourcing & screening candidates

Setting up interviews

Providing feedback to candidates

Supporting creation of recruitment & assessment tools

Sending out recruitment newsletters

Maintaining CV data base

Coordination of cooperation with sourcing vendours

Preparing recruitment reports

Supporting social networking activities ( Facebook, Linkedin, etc)

Support with getting approvals for recruitment
On boarding:

Collecting data/documents from new hires

Support in creating on boarding programs and delivering them
HR administration:
-
Organizing personal files and other HR documents

Entering HR data into HR systems & applications
-
Preparing reports in excel on demand

Purchasing HR products & services
-
Coordination of invoice payments
Office administration:
-
Ad hoc support with office supplies & benefits
-
Coordinating correspondence outside/inside the organization
Other projects:

Performing translations from English and Polish and vice versa

Participation in introducing new HR applications/ systems into organization

Support in internal communication campaigns (newsletters, etc)

Support in organizing traineeship/training/ development programs

Master degree, by preference in business management

At least 2 years professional experience in international HR

Fluent in Polish. Advanced in business English - written and spoken

Workable knowledge of excel

Contract of employment for ¾ FTE (ar. 30 hours weekly). Fixed term for 12 months. Possibility to become permanent.
