Avid Technology is looking for a passionate and hands-on HR Admin Assistant to join our EMEA HR Team (based in Poland).

More specifically, you will work with all regional HR functions including Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and Country HR Business Partners to drive improvements to our processes, policies and deliver best practice across the business.The successful candidate will be responsible for providing general HR Administrative support to the team, the main duties are as follows:
- Contribute to the accomplishment of Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture
- Provide a high level of administrative support to the HR Functions in the region ensuring they are provided with key information on HR processes and procedures
- Assist with all stages of Employee Life Cycle including maintenance of employee files and HRIS
- Enter and update employee information, support benefit enrolments and process paperwork
- Create forms, templates and other HR related documents
- Support on boarding of new hires, explain company policies and procedures
- Provide regular reports and analysis and participate in international HR projects
- Ideally you will be degree educated and preferably have your CIPD (not essential)
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Good IT skills using MS Office Suite and working knowledge with HRIS (Workday)
- Ability to manage multiple projects across multiple countries within EMEA; balancing conflicting priorities and challenging deadlines
- Have the ability to develop effective working relationships with employees at all levels
- Pay good attention to detail and have good problem solving skills
- Proven hands-on attitude, be flexible and adaptable and perform work with minimal direction
- Be personable, robust and fun to work with
