Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for employee contract/employee file maintenance, following the labor legislation requirements
- Country administrative support to HR ad-hoc and local programs
- Works closely with the GSS-HR center team in Wroclaw in system-related activities, shares responsibility for data quality in global HR systems and timeliness of processing transactions initiated by employees or , managers or HR for employees in the country
- Responsible for ensuring company/policy/legal compliance in terms of the respective country labor legislation
- Providing the necessary data and support for Payroll processing
- Coordinating Human Resources support functions, which typically includes benefits, employee relations, staffing & recruiting, Human Resource generalist, organizational development, compensation, and environmental health safety & security
- Identifies areas for process improvements; provides solutions for non-standard, sub-process activities
- Assists with analytical and administrative support tasks for priority projects of varying complexity
- Resolves employee Human Resources support cases of moderate complexity that cannot be answered immediately through service centers
- Assists with basic reporting needs and analyzes survey, employee, and financial data
- Scope is typically limited to one country or functional area
- Supports process development with guidance
- Provides regular information to the next level GSS-HRG manager on any significant operational, organizational or legal issues observed or anticipated in the country
- Maintains close working relationship with local and remote functions and external suppliers
- Represents DXC towards external authorities in the area of HR-related activities, namely regulatory HR reporting
We require:
- 3+ years related experience in compensation, benefits, finance, and/or human resources
- First-level university degree , HR related degree will be considered as advantage
- Good knowledge of processes, systems, and overall Human Resources (HR) environment.
- Good communications skills
- Basic quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Good customer orientation
