HR Administration Specialist

Responsibilties
- Coordinating Employee Capital Plans (Polish acronym: PPK) process according to timelines and regulations/requirements
- Supporting hiring process (preparation: referrals for medical tests, work contracts, notification to the Social Insurance)
- Establishing and updating personal files and documentation relating to the employment relationship
- Updating employees personal data in the HR systems
- Managing employees' absence
- Preparing employment certificates for employees
- Extending work contracts and issuing of documents related to these extensions
- Managing HR ticket system
- Cooperating with managers
- Updating HR internal website
Requirements
- 2 years of professional experience in a similar position in an international environment
- Good knowledge of Labor Law
- Very good knowledge of English (writing, speaking)
- Experience in working with HR system (ie: Comarch, ERP Optima, Oracle)
- Good knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building good relationships with the team and the other departments in the company
- Ability to take responsibility for the tasks realization and high-quality assurance
- Fulfilling commitments and willingness to show initiative
- Ability to manage multiple projects and set up priorities simultaneously
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Self-starter - work under minimal supervision
