Conducting HR administration processes in terms of joining, separation, absences, work time monitoring, contract changes, disciplinary actions
Conducting analysis of employee headcount
Supporting the process of implementation HR tools and systems
Preparing payroll and HR reports
Fluent English
Very good knowledge of labour law
At least 2 years’ experience on position in HR Administration department
Advance knowledge of MS-Excel
Knowledge of SAP HR will be an asset
Ability to work under time constraints to ensure deadlines are met
Strong customer and team orientation
