HR Administration Junior Specialist

HR Services Global Deliveries team provides HR Administration services to Volvo employees from all over the world. As a team member you will be responsible for supporting our HR Business Partners and Managers in maintaining organizational structure in SAP HR. If you are sociable, customer focused, enthusiastic person with team spirit mindset and constant improvement skills, do not hesitate to join us!


Responsibilities:

  • Providing organizational data administrative services
  • Organizational Management (OM) expertise to support and advice our partners worldwide for Volvo Group companies
  • HR data processing and mass upload
  • Global HR reports delivers on OM data
  • Upload and control master data into HR system
  • Support for HR administrators on issues related to the organizational structure
  • Preparing reports and summaries
  • Current contact within HR administration with managers and HR functions
  • Verifying and entering data into HR systems
  • Update of procedures and process’ documentation
  • Securing confidentiality of processed HR data
  • Cooperation with external suppliers

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge/experience of SAP HR is recommended
  • Advanced in excel (vlookup, pivot tables)
  • Experience in support end users, problem solving mindset
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • Very good knowledge of English – written and spoken
  • University degree will be an asset
  • Interest in HR and system administration
  • Attention to details, systematical way of working, responsibility
  • Ability to work under pressure of time and ability to meet deadlines
  • Focus on high quality of tasks
  • Very good communication skills
  • Passion for improvement
  • Customer focus

As an asset:

  • Previous experience in working with SAP HR
