Requirements:
- University degree
- At least 2 years of proven experience in personnel administration
- Very good knowledge of employment law (especially working time regulation)
- Very good command of English
- High communication skills
- High teamwork skills
- Independent, systematic and responsible approach to work
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
Responsibilities:
- HR administration:
- Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries
- Supporting managers and employees in all labor law, manage information about legal regulation changes, etc.
- Keeping employee files up to date in accordance with regulations
- Preparing all employment-related documentation
- Benefits administration for the employee insurance, medical care, social found activities, etc.
- Payroll support process – providing all required data input and working time reconciliation in a timely and accurate manner
- HR metrics and analytics:
- Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
- Collecting data for HR metrics and analytics – e.g. attrition, employee profiles, time and attendance, etc.
- Generate recurrent and ad-hoc reports
- HR processes:
- Exit management – monitor and analyze exit data
- Process and data support in Performance Management, Talent Review, Salary Review and Promotions processes for site
- Fulfill recruitment needs for define processes/ roles – on-time, quality and customer satisfaction
- Supporting TA specialist in branding activities
- Manages HR Sharepoint to support HR process improvement
- Running training related to work regulations, time and attendance, overtime and systems during Introduction Training Program for New Hires
