What does the role involve?
You start at a respective entry position and grow to be a manager through interdisciplinary experiences, trainings and mentoring from your seniors.
With commitment, teamwork and consistent results, many of our employees reach their first management position in their mid to late twenties.

What you need is:
- Being a natural team leader (formal/ informal experience: sports, organizations, Scouts etc.)
- Drive to realize your potential with an international company
- Multilingual ability (including fluency in English)
- Willingness to relocate for the job (within Poland and/or abroad)
- Degree (Master) in the field of Business, Economics or Engineering
- Creativity and self-confidence
