Helpdesk Analyst (Intermediate)

Opis stanowiska
- Work with customers to determine and resolve problems efficiently with customer service focus.
- Provide first level and second level assistance to internal resources and executives.
- Provide training and orientations for new hires and existing employees
- Research, resolve, and respond to questions received via telephone calls, help desk, and emails efficiently with a customer service focus.
- Provide high level of professionalism when dealing with executives and sensitive data.
- Will be required to document, track and monitor the issues to resolution. Will be required to formulate root cause and resolution suggestion when needed.
- Assist staff with the installation, configuration and ongoing usability of desktop computers, peripheral equipment and software.
- Works with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems. Must have a good understanding of delivering a Great customer service experience.
Wymagania
- Oral and written English communication skills with high level of customer service.
- 5+ years Experience supporting Windows desktop/laptop PCs, MAC OS
- 5+ years Experience using Active directory
- Ability to provide help desk support for standard software packages including MS Office products, virus software, web browsers as well as basic network support
- Experience troubleshooting hardware issues and replacing hardware on both desktop, laptop PCs, printers, and Audio visual equipment
- Education in computer science, bachelor's degree desirable
What are some desired (not required) skills?
- Strong experience with and knowledge of common mobile devices, including Android and iOS, windows 8 OS
- Knowledge of Networking: TCP/IP, Cisco phone systems, Networked Printers and RSA
