Requirements:
- Experience on a similiar position
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (min. B2/ C1)
- Highly organised
- Good phone contact handling skills
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (esspecialy Excel)
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a Team
Responsibilities:
Based in our Kraków office as a Helpdesk Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring Quality Customer Service and relations by capturing, escalating and resolving Jaguar Land Rover Menu Pricing helpdesk issues, whether first or second line support to either internal or external clients.
