Head of Shared Service Center

Requirements:
- University degree, finance or banking preferred
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in SSC/BPO managing role and/or project management
- Experience in setting up and managing an international shared services center or finance operations functions within a SSC/BPO environment
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
- Management and leadership skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Six Sigma / Lean experience/knowledge will be a plus
- Fluency in English
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the creation of the general course of the SSC and team development
- Day to day management of the SSC
- Management of the team on-site reporting via solid line to functional leads abroad and via dotted line the SSC Director
- Empower a continuous improvement culture
- Act as first point of contact for new functions moved to the center and responsible for transitions
- Assess of costs and risks for all initiatives
- Create an innovative approach to the employees performance
- Lead and challenge Senior Management team and representing the organization on the Polish market and within the Group
