Head of Service Delivery

As a Head of Service Delivery you will be responsible for operation of the whole office in Piła, as well as creating and introducing its development strategy.

What do we need from you?
- You understand client's needs and are kind of "Client Centric" type of manager
- You already have 34 years of experience in IT projects management and operations
- Your English is excellent both written and spoken
- You are great at building relationships with clients and development team
- You are not afraid of making decisions, even if they seem to be hard
- You have strong business and analytical mindset
- You can ensure efficient and cost effective project delivery
- You are easy going and creative in terms of finding improvements in development process
- You have proven track record in delivering multiple high quality services to medium and/or large sized clients
