And your professional profile is relevant to the following skills:
- Min. 10-15 years of extensive experience in digital, performance marketing in the B2B,B2C space offline and online channels including Search, Display, Mobile, TV and Direct Mail;
- Min. 2-3 years of experience in managing performance marketing teams;
- In depth knowledge of performance campaign execution on Google, Facebook and crypto ecosystems, Affiliate network;
- Proven track record of successfully executed campaigns in compliance with SEO;
- Very good understanding of digital data analytics and programmatic platforms;
- Experience with paid channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Linkedin Ads, Twitter Ads, etc), A/B testing, Analytics (eg. Google Analytics), User testing, Marketing Automation etc.
- In depth knowledge and working experience of Ad Servers, PMPs, DSPs and DMPs;
- A strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to marketing campaigns;
- Analytical thinking and superior technical expertise;
- Expert in in project and campaign management market research, communications evaluation, data modelling, relationship skills and commercial awareness;
- Good spoken and written English - level C1, any other Asian, European language is a plus;
- Bachelor degree in marketing, business, commerce or related field;
- Certifications in marketing, analytics tools;
- Ability to make decisions in a changing environment, anticipate future needs and drive results;
- Strong quantitative and data-driven analytical skills, as well as solid communication and people skills;
- Existing industry relationships with a network of mobile and programmatic contacts;
- Strong tech and computer skills including advanced knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and CRM systems.

Challenges for you:
- Preparing and executing digital marketing strategy focused on acquisition of new customers,
- Driving awareness across paid digital/social, SEM, SEO, ad networks, affiliates, web and more;
- Leading CRM efforts that acquire, retaining and engaging prospects and existing customers; including cross-sell opportunities;
- Creating, managing annual budgets, spend in line with predefined KPIs, ROAS;
- Optimizing conversion across all KPIs; including messaging, creative format, landing pages and more;
- Defining digital channel mix, its execution and testing across markets;
- Working closely with brand specific marketing heads to align global performance marketing strategies & goals;
- Building long term relationships with ad network partners to develop and execute on channel strategies;
- Partner with Sales/Operations, Engineering, Marketing and Customer Success;
- Building a performance marketing engine across tracking, attribution, automation, and optimisation;
- Creating aligned consumer communications across all channels to ensure consistent brand messages;
- Hiring and leading performance marketing team;
- Using a data-driven methodology to improve effectiveness in all marketing paid channels;
- Generating reports for analysing KPI achievements and assess the success of campaigns;
- Monitoring reports, budgets, KPIs, ROI, ROAS, LTV, and other channel metrics.
