Requirements:
- Min. 2 years of excellent practical knowledge in the role of SSC Managing Director or 2-5 years of experience in service delivery management obtained in the SSC/BPO on the senior management level
- Very good command of German
- Very good command of English
- Excellent leadership and customer relationship management skills
- University diploma or equivalent
- Excellent command of all Windows applications
- Highly independent and systematic approach to work
- Analytical and conceptual mind-set
- Exceptional numeric skills

Responsibilities:
Business Strategy, Policy & Tools
- Ensures the smooth implementation of the provided strategy for Global HR Service Delivery in the center Cracow, regarding the organisational development / delivery model assuring compliance and quality with lower costs and higher productivity
- Is responsible for smooth & consistent service delivery for HR services of respective group companies/ countries out of the delivery center Cracow
- Manages operational performance - cost-efficiency/ unit costs, high quality & compliance, business partner satisfaction (= key performance indicators)
- Is responsible for service level realization for HR services acc. quality and cost agreed with group companies or respective corporate functions
- Develops organizational structure in the center to develop from a customer-oriented structure (lift-and-drop-approach) to a process oriented division of work (along with process harmonization)
- Cooperates with migration team/ coordinator and other functions to assure migration readiness of staffing and infrastructure on center side for HR processes / services to be provided out of the center
- Escalation instance for process managers, migrations and process improvement projects
Organization and Processes
- Ensures of efficient development of internal processes and organization within HR Services provided from Cracow. Steering and Controlling of the key performance indicators
Reporting
- Prepares periodically reports and analysis documentation for the AAC-Head
Leadership
- Leadership, Motivation and Development of the subordinate staff in the context of corporate management principles. Ensuring efficient organisational structure and process organisation in the area of delegation
