Fresenius Medical Care has evolved its presence in the Polish market since 2001. Out of its HQ in Poznan the company coordinates and manages many activities in Poland for its business units product (equipment) and provider (dialysis clinics).
Fresenius Poland has more than 1800 employees. Most of them are medical doctors and nurses, working in 75 dialysis centers all over the country. In addition our technical field services as well as our sales department contribute to deliver medical and pharmaceutical products as well as professional service to our customers.
The HR Head is the first point of contact for managers and employees to provide advice, coaching and support on any Human Resources related fundamentals and employee related questions.
- Understand business needs, identify related HR priorities and collaborate closely with local Management and our EMEA
headquarter in Germany, Bad Homburg - Development of a local HR strategy in alignment with our Global and EMEA Initiatives
- Provide dedicated support to managers and employees with specific focus on: employee engagement and –advocacy, HR
fundamentals, employee relations and performance management - Be first point of contact for working councils and/or trade unions
- Manage local HR and payroll department
- Execute HR processes according to local law and legal framework as well in line with the overall HR master process set up
- Ensure implementation of all regional HR policies and guidelines in the country
- University degree in relevant subject matter
- Profound work experience in several HR functions in a multinational company
- Proven track record in executing key HRM processes (e.g. recruiting, performance management, talent management, compensation & benefits, employee relations)
- Profound leadership experience
- Experience in dealing with labour law and trade unions works council issues
- Strong service focus by closely interacting with multiple customers
- Enthusiastic team player with ability to prioritize and self-manage high volume workload
- Experience with using and implementing HR and Payroll ERP systems
- Fluent in Polish and English
- Willingness to travel
