To accelerate our growth and become a global leader in our market, we are expanding our Marketing team - as a result, we are actively seeking an experienced Head of Content Strategy.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing SaaS company to help scale our Marketing organization. You will be primarily responsible for devising, creating and implementing an industry defining content strategy to drive brand awareness, Customer engagement, industry thought leadership and demand generation. Your will create content that CMOs around the world react to.
You will be excited and highly motivated at the prospect of playing a critical role within one of Europe’s fast-growing, eCommerce companies and helping our company to realize our ambition and become Poland’s next SaaS unicorn. Our ideal candidate will have hands-on experience of leading a content marketing strategy and have previously created an editorial framework to drive full funnel engagement.
You are a passionate and ambitious B2B content marketing professional with a strong history of driving engagements through multimedia content. The content strategy should set the agenda for our content output but you will also focus and work with the demand gen team to distribute and place our content for effective demand / lead generation. You will have led research and editorial programs to drive stand-out thought leadership and unique content output and leverage market and proprietary data to craft stories that resonate, impact and provoke action. You know how to engage audiences and provide opinion rather than mundane and dull of standard B2B content
- Ideate, develop, optimize and scale our content marketing engine to support our marketing objectives
- leverage industry trends, Proprietary data, external contributors and internal inputs to craft and editorial strategy that will position SALESmanago as thought leaders in the Ecommerce and MArtech industries
- Work hand in hand with demand gen to ensure content roadmap and content execution is relevant and supporting lead gen campaigns
- Map out our content strategy to support and extend marketing campaigns and brand marketing activities
- Work closely with SEO to ensure our content output is structured and designed to attract more organic prospects, improve organic traffic opportunities and onsite conversion.
- Produce content assets beyond written word. Explore how to communicate our message through new media assets
- Be at the forefront of ecommerce and MarTech industry developments as a contributor and influencer
- Focus on education and support for the growth and empowerment of the MarTech
- industry
- 5-10 years experience in high growth start up / scale up
- Content strategy expertise - specifically marketing SaaS
- 5+ years of content marketing experience within technology
- Proven history of creating lead generation content campaigns
- Blend of editorial strategy, demand gen focus and thought leadership creation.
- Understanding of writing for an audience
- Creative but with strong commercial acumen and awareness of direct revenue impact that best in class content can drive
- Your writing packs a punch and illicit a reaction
- Experience of SEO driven content
- Technical SEO skills a bonus
- Network of external contributors and market experts
- HUGE plus if you have experience in the world of Martech or Ecommerce
