BELBAL is a European producer and printer of latex balloons. Over the last 30 years the company became a global reference in the party industry and today BELBAL balloons are sold in more than 60 countries. - Organizing and conducting initial, periodic health and safety training for employees.
- Keeping post-accident documentation and participating in determining the circumstances and causes of accidents at work.
- Conducting and updating occupational risk assessment at individual positions.
- Conducting control of working conditions and ensuring compliance with regulations, rules, procedures and H&S instructions.
- Participation in the development and updating of internal ordinances, regulations and general instructions on occupational health and safety.
- Carrying out activities aimed at improving work safety in the organization.
- Providing substantive support in the field of health and safety.
- Reporting on potential threats at workplaces, supervision over the efficiency of technical devices in terms of occupational health and safety and fire protection.
- Performing measurements of harmful factors at workplaces.
- Active participation in internal and external audits related to safety, quality, and environmental protection.
- Close cooperation with all departments of the company.
- Timely preparation of information and reports for external bodies supervising working conditions and fire safety.
- Building awareness and taking actions shaping the proper attitude of employees in the field of work safety.
- We are looking for an independent employee who can work without supervision and is committed to our health and safety department. At work, we value initiative and the desire to self-improve.
- Min. 3 years of experience in a similar position in a production company.
- Education in accordance with the regulation on the health and safety service.
- Perfect knowledge of fire protection and health and safety regulations.
- High awareness of fire protection and work safety.
- Very good command of the English language
