Your role
Are you an experienced people manager? Do you know how to manage your Stakeholders in effective and efficient manner? Do you have experience in working with Senior Managers? We’re looking for someone like that to:
- proactively manage team performance to achieve levels of services, recommend and implement action plans to address any shortfalls
- effectively manage and develop staff, constantly encourage them to work for and seek recognition
- plan and allocate the necessary resources
- understand business key priorities
- support business growth and influence continuous improvements
- build and maintain strong working relationship with key service contacts
- manage costs within their budgets as well as recommend optimal cost structure & define and deliver sustainable savings
- ensure adherence to compliance rules and to the relevant internal guidelines and legal provisions (including human resources policies)
Your team
You’ll be leading a team within Group Sourcing, consisting of Executive/Team Assistants and Management Support Officers, who provide administrative, logistic and organizational support to Executives based in various UBS locations.
Your experience and skills
You have:
- at least 4 years of experience in international environment
- at least 2 years of experience as line manager/team leader
- good knowledge of MS Office in particular MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint
- excellent communication skills
- excellent negotiation and soft skills
- ability to prioritize own workload on a daily basis
- ability to juggle multiple priorities in fast paced environment
You are:
- a strong written and verbal communicator, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
- incredibly organized, with an innate sense of how to prioritize
- fluent in written and spoken English
- trustworthy and with strong sense of working ethics
- open, fast learner, willing to learn and teach others and develop within the role
