Group Pricing Policy Specialist

Key responsibilities
- developing and implementing pricing strategies based on local market analysis, competitive landscape, and business objectives within the Group;
- conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform pricing decisions and regularly reviewing pricing policies;
- monitoring industry trends, competitor pricing, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats, analyzing pricing performance and profitability;
- managing pricing policies while ensuring compliance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements;
- preparing regular reports on pricing effectiveness, margin analysis, and revenue impact, and providing insights and recommendations to management;
- communicating pricing changes and policies to relevant departments, addressing pricing related inquiries and implementing process improvements for accuracy and efficiency;
- leveraging technology and tools to streamline pricing operations and reporting.
Our requirements
- minimum of 3 years of experience in pricing strategy, financial analysis, or a similar role;
- proven track record of developing and implementing successful pricing strategies;
- bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields;
- strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions;
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments;
- ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
- English B2 proficiency;
- proficiency in pricing software, financial modeling tools, and MS Office (especially Excel).
