Given our expansion plans and exciting new projects, Capita is currently recruiting for the position of:
Skilled IT Systems Administrator (development, testing, user support & change management)
The main role will be to support the Capita Governance Portal (CGP) system and to undertake a regular cycle of data analysis of the information held within the Governance Portal, in support of broader Capita risk reporting (to include Business Continuity and Financial Crime reporting).

Supporting system development, upgrade and change;

Undertaking ongoing monitoring of Capita Governance Portal (CGP);

Maintaining the entity structure and framework of CGP;

Coordinating user training requirements;

Developing and managing new user certification and existing user re-certification process;

Supporting system configuration;

Management of 2nd line queries;
-
Maintaining central suite of user risk analysis reports;

Support GRC Protiviti development, maintenance and reporting. To include, but not limited to:

ABC and AML risk assessment

Business Continuity reporting

Reporting of oversight activity
-
Legislation and Regulation footprint coordination
-
Monitor and prepare reporting/escalation updates on acquisition integration actions.

Maintaining GRC presence on Capita Connections

To support system development, upgrade and change

Maintain change control of the CGP providing accurate logging and documentation throughout the process

Coordinate UAT programmes with each relevant user group

Maintain release notes for each change cycle
