Job description:
- Incident, Escalation and Communication Management
- Management of incidents, associated communication andany appropriate escalations
- Providing incident analysis information and KPIs
- Supporting Desk incident Logging System
- Implementation ofimprovements to the Support Desk incident logging system to provide a moreeffective and efficient service to stakeholders
Requirements:
- Experience in IT Service Management in an on-lineenvironment
- Knowledge of Service Delivery and Service Operationsdisciplines as defined under ITIL
- Working/operational knowledge of ITIL environments
- Excellent communication skills
- People management skills
- Excellent team motivation Skills
