Requirements:
- Academic/Master degree (Business / Finance / Economy)
- In-depth experience in SSC from regional de-centralized to globally centralized setup
- More than 7 years of professional experience working on Six Sigma projects with multiple stakeholders in different countries
- Proven Six Sigma project management qualification (Six Sigma Black Belt certificate)
- More than 7 years in BPO/SSC organizations
- Consultative skills to high level of management
- Project experience with proven capability to deliver results in international environment
- Fluent English
- Excellent computer literacy, especially in MS Office and statistical tools (e.g. Minitab)
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to quickly form working relationships, gain credibility and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior management
- Strong team player with a high degree of flexibility
- Excellent decision making and problem solving ability
- Self-driven and proactive
- Ability to operate within highly complex organizational environment
Responsibilities:
Creates and realizes strategy of Continuous Improvement within Company, driving change towards processes, leading Six Sigma Black Belt projects, coaching Six Sigma Green Belt projects and delivering trainings on Six Sigma methodology.
- Implements and tracks standard practices to improve operational performance and sustainability
- Leading Continous Improvement Program
- Creates and implements strategy of Continous Improvement
- Coordinates maintenance, distribution and education of policies and procedures for Continous Improvement
- Analyses SSC process performance, identifies waste, risks, opportunities, recommends and manages process improvement projects
- Coordinating, monitoring and overall responsibility for all Lean Six Sigma projects delivery
- Manages Green Belt certification program by:
- Delivering trainings and workshops on Six Sigma methodology and tools
- Coaching Green Belts in their Six Sigma projects
- Leading, motivating, and influencing project teams
